I have to conduct an experiment to see if chaning the concentraition of an acid has an effect on the reaction of metals..like magenesium.

Concentration refers to the amount of the substance in a given amount
The strength of an acid refers to its ability to donate protons.
But in the this case i think you would change the concentration. A higher concentration would mean a stronger reaction with the metal.

Take concentrated acid and dilute with water to different concentrations. If you already have dilute acid, add concentrated acid.
