3x=1+4y
x=(1+4y)/3
2*(1+4y)/3+3y=18
2+8y+9y=54
17y=52
y=52/17
2x+(3*52/17)=18
34x=306-156
x=150/34
x=75/17

check:
3*75/17-4*52/17=1
225-208=17
17=17
OK

Total points:
386 (Level 2) 3x - 4y = 1
3x=1+4y
multiply by 2
6x=2+8y --->1

2x + 3y = 18
multiply by 3
6x+9y=54

substitue the valu of 6x here

we get
2+8y+9y=54
17y=52
y=52/17

substitue the value of y in 1
6x=2+8*52/17
x=75/17

9x - 12y = 3
8x + 12y = 72----ADD
17x = 75
x = 75 / 17

150/17 + 3y = 18
3y = 18 - 150/17
3y = 306/17 - 150/17
3y = 156 / 17
y = 52 / 17

Answer is x = 75 / 17 , y = 52 / 17
