Obviously its not, 'cos they aren't.
Don't you think, Theo, that the fact that this new news "is plastered all over the tabloids" (your words, not mine) should tell you something???
The tabloids plastered false DNA reports a number of times before as well...don't you remember??? The PJ themselves, as well as a reputed Brit forensic lab, flatly refuted those claims.
