She'd like to have sex with you whenever you are far away. When you are sick at home, she might be upset cos you need some rest. Most women want attention. It is good that you order some food from the nice restaurant for her or give her 100 $ to take care of you. Then give her a warm hug.

I have no idea. I don't treat my husband like that.
Maybe she does miss you but when you are home you do something to irritate her or it could be that she just feels stessed because you are sick and she can't do anything about it and she has to vent her feelings and there is no one else to take it out on.
