Sit down - or lie on your side - and relax for about an hour (if you have the time), drink an icy cold drink, and concentrate on your belly. The most common cause for not feeling babies move is that we get too busy to notice the little flutters, kicks and scrapes. If you are otherwise well, have no bleeding or pain, then do the above, and if you feel nothing after an hour and a cold drink, then call your midwife clinic or obstetrician and talk to them, they may want to get you in to check bubby's heart rate etc.

You need to call the doctor and he or she will advice you on what to do. Usually at 24 weeks, you can't feel every movement....Plus babies do start developing sleeping patterns too....so it is normal not feel it move for a few hours. You could try drinking something cold to wake the baby up. Good luck!!!

It is not abnormal to not feel regular movement with your first pregnancy until as late as 32 weeks...As long as you are not cramping or bleeding you are safe to wait until tomorrow morning and see your doctor if your concerned. You could also try drinking something cold and sweet (Glass of OJ) and lay on your side, play a radio near your tummy (yes your baby can hear it) and concentrate on your baby; do you feel like you have gas or bubbles? It's more then likely the baby.

All this advice is great, you should check with your doctor, or your hospital if you have doubts and feel something is wrong, trust your intuition. Also keep in mind that babies have up days and down days just like you and i, sometimes they wanna be extremly active and other days just wanna lay back and relax, enjoy the ride, so try to no to panic cuz babies can sense that too ok. Trust your intuition, if you really feel somethings wrong, go see someone... God Bless

Most women don't really feel the baby move until the 24th week. Even then it doesn't always move a lot. You should call your Dr. though if you have been experiences a lot of movement before today.
