Identifies the QB with the radio in his helmet.Only one radio'd player is allowed on the field at a time. For instance if Seneca Wallace (Seattle's back-up QB) comes into the game as a wide reciever,he'd need to use an un-wired helmet because QB Hasselback is still in the game. Either that or they've been diagnosed "Kryptonite positive".

I cannot believe it. Are you serious? Come on guys lets get serious. Do you need to ask again?
It meas that the player with the Green Dot is a prior victim of heat related injuries. Teh Refs have to keep an eye on that player in order to get them water if they looked parched.
It is also a marking used by secret organizations across the world that will let them know that an explosive is in that helmet. That way, if the QB starts to screw up they can blow up his head. I'm surprised they didn't use it on Romo tonight.

the helmet has radio frequency capabilities to his head coach/offensive play caller.
it means he has a microphone/radio.
Only one player can have a mic/radio on the field at a time. The green dot is for the refs—if they see more than one on the field they’ll call a penalty.

that means that the helmet has the radio to listen to the Coordinator calling the plays
the NFL requires you to put those stickers on those helmets

everyone asks this question, type in your question in the "search for questions" thing before you ask it yourself because people will just get mad at you if you ask a question everyone asks.
