that depends. if i am deep in thought and surrounded by people i am aware of their presence but i am concentrating on the issue that i am mulling over. so i guess the answer wold have to be that you are not alone. either there are physically people there or there are not, but do they matter since they are not contributing to the debate? more to the point when you are debating with yourself you can never be alone. you can never be alone when debating with another person theat exists outside of your head. i suppose that if you are debating with another person that lives inside your head then you are not a lone then either. you may be physically by yourself but you are nto alone.

Such a play on words....which is one of the reasons I enjoy Yahoo.
I wouldn't say that the phrase however is true for me. When I'm thinking, I'm very often aware of a whole body of thought, experience and history of thinking behind me and that makes me feel surrounded, although I may be physically on my own.
I'm also very often aware of the presence of Jesus by His Holy Spirit even though He is not visible. So whether I'm by myself (it seems) or with a group of other people...I am never alone......even if it is only my thoughts that are with me!

you are alone in the physical realm of reality yes., however your thoughts are in a spiritual realm and the higher powers that created us surround us with spirit guides that help us through our thoughts and our situations at the time you are thinking.

no, it's nothing you should be worried about, but you should accept it and enjoy thinking . The spirit guides are there to help you get through your life. and always will be.

Normally. Unless you have a friend you can trust about those thoughts, then you would be by yourself.

It does not matter weather your with friends
or alone or watching TV, when your in deep thought
nothing around you does not matter,
it's like your in another world off your own.
