there and here are the instructions to install

Version 3.x

1. Download the exe file to the desktop
2. Remove ALL drivers for USB flash drives in Device Manager
3. Remove ALL drivers for any USB 2.0 controllers (many have an uninstall option)
4. Remove ALL unknown devices from Device Manager
5. Run the exe file you downloaded, and follow the instructions, rebooting after installation
6. When the computer boots up again, it may detect new USB 2.0 controllers, in which case you may need to reboot again

when you have read what to do or printed them

click this website http://www.technical-assistance.co.uk/kb/usbmsd98.php
to take you to the website for downloading the driver

then go to the bottom of the webpage above you just clicked on

then you should see this at the bottom
Download

The drivers can be downloaded from the following link:

Windows 98 SE Generic USB Mass Storage Device Drivers v3.1 - nusb31e.exe

then simply click Windows 98 SE Generic USB Mass Storage Device Drivers v3.1 - nusb31e.exe

and it will download

then if you need to save or burn the driver to a cd so it will load the driver congrats

Go to the Kingston website and click on a link that says "Support". If a Win 98 driver exists for your flash drive, you should be able to download it from there.

Hey buddy, you can go to this website and download it for free: http://www.technical-assistance.co.uk/kb/usbmsd98.php
Read the instructions and download the driver near the bottom of the page. For more information go to: http://www.kingston.com/support/USBFLASHDRIVES/FAQ/faq_dt100_1.asp, to explain to you your driver issue.

But the first website is all you need.
