That is very hard to say right now. I was basically dumped last week and I am trying to keep it in. My form of crying comes in destroying/beating up things. It is taking a lot of courage to keep it in, but it would take a lot of energy to start pounding things.

Crying comes naturally. You have to work to keep it in. Not to mention all of that use of energy in that sense is so unhealthy.
