I think Coz He is not A Big guy & Not very Muscular.And Most people Like to watch Powerful Guys Like Boretista!!!
Even though they are On Steroids. Shelton Is Very talented & Under-rated for Years.

He is the most talented guy on the Raw roster as far as being a pure athlete and has decent mic skills. I have to believe he pissed somebody off because he has been de-pushed bad. It is a shame because he deserves alot more than he has gotten. I could see him as a legit World title holder if pushed right. He definately can outwrestle Triple H, Orton and Cena. And that's the bottom line cause Steve-O said so.

Thye keep giving him micro pushes trying to find something that works.
Unfortunately the creative team can't come up with a Rock or Stone Cold type character for every Wrestler.
I think they will find something that works for him eventually as he has a tonne of talent and could be a real star.

Like somebody else already said. They did try but he's not one of the fan favorites. I think it's because he started out with Kurt Angle and not very many people were fond of him.

they wanted to put him in a feud for the ic championship. at no mercy, i was thinking that the "bonus" match might be shelton vs jeff for the ic championship, but unfortunately they scrapped it.

Because he dosen't seem to want it. You know when a wrestler wants something, because they will show it. He hasn't gone after any title holders, so why should he get a shot.
