I would think they would NOT do another credit check, since you've already spent 3 years with them.

I'd say they'd just make you sign a new lease on the new apartment.

How smart of you to consider this! Frankly it will follow you a long time if your credit gets a smudge. It affects not only your housing but, your jobs these days so be sure that your house payments stay current if you want to have some influence on your future housing. It is always possible that they will-not likely, but possible. If you have kept current and timely-paid them on time, there is a lot less chance that this will come up! Good luck.

I wouldn't think they would check your credit again. Although, they will most likely look at your payment history with them.
