I've got 45 songs ready, so if you get any good answer here I'm interested.

I have shown my lyrics to local bands and poets, but so far I'm just a humble security guard with three kids as a resume.

no, a lot of people do send stuff to famous musician like lyrics but most of the time they don't get notice because they will consider it as a fan mail.
