Where to start?
1. I made it to the cashier ready to pay, when an old lady in the back asked, "Do you have these in childrens size 5? They're for my grandson." The cashier left to help her, then brought the shoes to ring them up for the woman. I feel I should have rang up first then she could go and help the lady.
2. My sister and I went to a hairstyling salon to get our hair done. We waited and waited for someone to come help us. Five ladies were in the back talking reality shows. Then another two ladies showed and they came to ask if they could help the other two ladies right away. I asked if they had an appointment when they were sent to the back. No they didn't. I told them we'd been waiting before them. "Do you have an appointment?" she asked. When we said no, she looked in her book and said we could go back in an hour and a half. My sister and my needs were obviously not met when we first walked in to see them look at us then continue talking about nothing, then take the other two ladies and have us return.
No, we never went back and we never will.

I was at a restaurant with my husband and a friend and the waitress took our order wrong. I ordered the exact same thing I always order from this place (I have never ordered anything different from there). She brought me a different meal. I politely told her "I'm sorry miss, but this is not what I ordered". And she got all pissy and told me in a rude tone "yes it is, you ordered that!". I told her I know for a fact it wasn't the item I ordered since what she brought me has something in it I NEVER EVER eat. She wouldn't agree to correct my order so I had to complain to the manager. It wasn't her first time doing that crap which is why she was fired.

Trying to exchange a virgin mobile phone past 14 days........Virgin says 30 days for exchange.......Walmart says 14.......two different policies and Walmart has to follow its own even though the phone I'd exchnage it for is more expensive........lots of waiting for them to call virgin/ manager.......no luck in the end..........and the jerk manager says that I'm taking their jobs this way........screw you......you have a job......the rest are sold to china...........well good for them......now I'll be sure to NEVER buy anything electronic over $50 from them again (unless I have no choice).......you cant do that to me when best buy and futureshop are both across the street.......for the record I bought the other phone on ebay so no store got any extra money

You call in to customer service, the recording says "your call is very important to us" but 15 minutes later, you are still on hold.

I was eight months pregnant (and feeling very hormonal) and I tried to exchange a coffee pot. It was the wrong color. The outside of the box had black checked but the coffee pot was white. The cashier told me that the box has been opened and the coffee pot had been used. It hadn't. The factory tape was on it. Everything was factory sealed. She told me I was lying. I asked for the manager and he apologized and exchanged it for me.
