i set two alarms on different sides of the room, but my state of mind at the time automatically gets up, snoozes them and moves them closer so that next time i don't have to get out of bed to turn them off. hahahahaha... i'm pathetic. but seriously, i gotta get out of bed tomorrow early.

I have a CD alarm clock so I put in a very loud CD (lots of screaming and whatnot) to wake up to (I make sure to put the volume on high).
Very harsh wake up, makes me really mad, but hey, whatever works, right?

Try hiding one of your alarm clocks right before you go to bed. For me, it usually takes longer to remember the things that I did right before bed as opposed to things that I did earlier that day. Or you could try asking a friend/family member to call you at a certain time.

My hubby was like you. I used two loud alarm clock set in pans, a clock radio set to a station he disliked, our coffee maker and a glaring light were set on a timer near his bed.

go to bed NOW. I need to do the same thing. Goodnight!

You could also have someone trustworthy (your mom?) call you in the am to wake u up. My mom and brother do that daily. I never get up on time on my own lol

there is a subconsious mind programming technique, you simply visualise the time u need to wake up..... and u do wake up at the exact time as if by magic.. however it takes some practice.
