despite popular belief, the appendix and tonsils are in fact important in the immune system. So losing them would cause you to be sick more often.
The gallbladder is pretty useful.
Now, here's a technicality that's good to exploit in this case. If you remove one of your ribs (lower ribs) it'll actually grow back. So give it up, and it grows back. The liver does too if you remove less than 80%, but I don't think that's a smart thing to mess with.

You clearly stated body parts and not body organs,right? Therefore i would rather give up my 2 arms for the simple reason that having my feet intact can still take me anywhere and can function anything my arms can do.
Imagine how pathetic my look will be if i use my arms in walking if i give up my feet.No wheelchair,please!!!

I'd give up my ears. Even without the cartiledge parts that stick out from the sides of your head, you can still hear, albeit not as clearly. Besides, I have long, wavy hair, so it wouldn't even be that easy to see that I was lacking external ears. heh

my nipples, belly button, or pubic hair lol. i am a male so i have no use for nipples. and if i had no pubic hair i wouldnt have to trim lol. and no one really has a use for a belly button. good fun question though, i grant you with a star lol.
