Netherlands or Canada instantly spring to mind when I'm asked where else I would like to have been born. Iceland would have been nice (I'm very fond of that country--it's incredibly beautiful and the people are friendly). I'm not so keen on Russia, Germany, or France. Oh, I almost forgot Ireland.
