Hello!! This is kind of a small question, but I am 22 weeks pregnant and I can not get comfortable at all!! I know alot of people go through this, and I know its only going to get worse...but are there any tricks (positions, pillows, a warm drink)...anything that can help?? I have always lived with waking up through the night before...and was given medication for it before I was pregnant. I never took the meds and now I cant take them. So, if anyone has any tricks to the pregnancy trade....please let me know!! :) Thank You So Much!!
(***I wake up on average from 15-25 times a night.....and sleep a good 3-4 hours off and on***) lol, most the time I just have to pee though. :) lol. But I CAN NOT GET COMFORTABLE!!!! :)

sometimes it's comfortable to put a pillow at your tummy & prop it besides you, I build a "nest" with my pillows, i got some small ones, & sprawl on them !

Can you take melatonin, it's a supplement, i would check on it & maybe you can, & it'll help you sleep.

& a cup of decaf or especially herbal teas, like Chamomile, or peppermint, there's some in the teas called "sleepy time' & nighty night" there good for sleep.

Good luck & God bless you & your little one !

I would try a body pillow - can be bought at walmart. lay on your side, but place the pillow under your head, then under your stomach and up between your thighs, helped me with all 3 pregnancies, and will do if I am pregnant this time around!! :)

I also read that drinking a glass of milk 30 minutes before bed helps, as it has something in it that helps one sleep.

I feel you sister, I'm 36 weeks and I started back stossing and turning again because I have an active on, but before she got really active I got thei pillow from Babier R Us . I forget the name but its white, long and shaped like a noodle. You can twist and turn it to fit your comfort.
