Is this possible and how to set up USB to a Router which needs RJ 45 Connecter. are there any cable in the market?

No sorry, while there is cable conversion kits available, they will not help you as the router does not use the USB protocol to talk to modems. Have you tried contacting your ISP to see if you can swap it for a ethernet modem? Most ISP's will do this to keep there customers.....

yeah you can buy converter from USB to RJ-45 but what router did you use ? pc based (windows) ? if you `r using factory made router (cisco , dlink etc) it `s pointless to connect to router cause the router will not recoginize your hardware
