anyone tried buying a coach bag from www.coach.com? my friend is staying in US. thought of buying online and deliver to her house as cheaper. don wan to trouble her to go to store as she need to k for 2 young babies. can try?

I purchased a purse from coach.com 3 weeks ago & was pleased w/ the customer service.
You can have the item gift wrapped & sent to the recipient w/ a gift receipt (price is not shown).
Shipping was about $8 & you will be charged sales tax for your area.
Local Coach boutiques will accept the item for return or exchange.

www.coach.com won't let you down, but when you go to Dillards (the store, not website) you can find those same coach purses 20-30% off without the shipping fee. you can also find coach stores all over the place with the same stuff, but then you can see the actual size, weight and material and all that.

I have never brought one on line, but i do believe if you girl friend can find someone to keep her kids she can get it cheaper in the store on sale go to the coach store, and that way she will know she is getting the real McCoy not a fake one.

Hi worried. Don't worry, Coach is a repeatable company and will provide anything, guaranteed. It is up to you about the shipping arrangements. Go for it. Coach is good but so is Dooney & Bourke bags.. :D
