I have no luck in getting a professional engineering job at the moment. So I am trying to get a casual job which will be beneficial for my value in professional career. Are there any examples of casual, "no-experience-required" jobs which are useful for gaining value?

I would apply for a job in the mail room or copy room. You will understand the dynamics of each individual job and what their function is from the blue collar staff to the CEO's as it would be your responsibility to copy and deliver the paperwork for or correspondence for that position. You would need to learn the in's and out's of the position you eventually desire and will have a complex knowledge of them, by the time someone will be needed to fill your starting role.
