I'm trying to figure out the name of this song and who sings it. The artist is a woman and the only part I can remember is "I'been to ____ and California and sipped champagne on a yacht" I've been to paradise but I've never been to me."

The song was originally released in 1977 and only made it to #97 on the Hot 100 charts. It was revived in 1982 when disk jockey Scott Shannon began playing the song on WRBQ-FM in Tampa. That time, the song peaked at #3 on the charts.
