Do u care if u live or die? Also, what do u think about someone who doesnt care if they live or die?

If they do not care about living or dying, then why should I? I seriously doubt anyone cares if I live or die.

I don't care if I live or die. I'm not suicidal. There’s nothing I'm insecure about in my life. I'm not a coward.

In fact it's exactly that - I'm not afraid of death. Not that people who are afraid of death are cowards, but since we don't know what happens when we die, I see no reason I should fear it. I don't know that it's something I should fear. I like my life enough, and there's still a lot that I want to do before I die, but I know that really there's no point to any of this. I know that sounds cynical, but really now, how much of this really matters? None of us are getting out of here alive, and we I’ve never seen a hearse towing a U-Haul.

If I died now, it would mean no more pain, no more worrying about life, etc. I won't be around to worry about what happens after I die, so I shouldn't really care, right? Again, that's not to say that if I were trapped in a burning building I wouldn't try to get out, it's just to say that I'm not going to stress about whether I live or die. Anybody who’d grieve my death would eventually be able to move on. So… yeah. I don’t care. :)

NOTE: I should add that my brain's chemistry is very different from everyone else's, so this could easily be a function of that. In fact, it probably is, since it's instinctive to want to live. In other words, I'm broken. My emotional responses to things aren't what you'd call "normal".

Yea I do care. I want to live and use every chance I get as a way to have fun. I would say that people who don't care if they live or die are probably not very social. And I fell kind of bad for them, because obviously don't realize how much they could hurt someone by dieing or even just saying that.

All beings, not only human, care for their lives, and there fore are not willing to die. It is natural for any one to care for living and stay away from death as far as possible. This is a normal thing, and natural. When some one says that 'I do not care' he really doesnt mean that, he simply is trying to either be indifferent to living and death since one can not do anything about what is natural, or is trying to show off.

Someone who doesn't care if they live or die is really depressed. Its a human instict to want to survive at all costs.Depression blocks and distracts that emotion. Like an inner demon that can either be consumed by or defeated.
Most people don't realize that or ever get over that because they commit suicide or start doing drugs. They don't realize how good life can be.


Sadly I'm currently depressed. I'm not doing anything about it. But I do want to live, because I remember how good life can be, and told myself to never forget that life does get better. I'll jump at the oppertunity that comes up that will boost my mood, not counting drugs, but I'm too lazy/depressed to look for that oppurtunity myself I'll wait for it to come to me I guess.

I care if I live or die... I have 2 kids that need me... And i think it is sad that ppl dont care if they die there is always someone that loves you and needs you and everyone is here for a reason some ppl may not belive that but i do

I can't really say whether I care or not. All I can say is that I'm not afraid of dying. I have no reason to live for myself. I just live for those who don't want me to die and those who need my help.
