I love my steaks done medium rare. I will take my potatoes any way I can get them. Mashed, baked, scalloped...I could go on :-) When it comes to the vegetable that goes with my steak & potatoes I usually like corn or peas. Plus, I would have to have my homemade rolls & we got a meal :-)

Medium Well with a baked potato (butter only), rice, Pepsi and some corn or green beans.
And a nice lady across the table from me playing with a straw in her mouth.
She says "Enjoying your steak, big boy?"
I say "Yeah. I'm enjoying you too, baby."

Seasoned and seared on the outside, mostly rare inside. No sauces to ruin it either.
Baked potato or a really good potato salad.

I prefer my steak medium well,
with mashed potatoes, and brown
gravy. Oh, I also like it best when
my steak is cooked, on a propaine

Between Medium and Medium Well... Slightly pink in the middle... Cough, cough..... They always screw it up though and its either medium rare or Well done.
