How many of you indians fans are gonna listen to the game on the radio with the TV on mute? After listening to Chip and Bob on TBS be incredibly biased towards the Yanks, I won't be able to listen to Mccarver and Joe Buck do it all over again for the Sox. These biased announcers make the games hard to listen to.

Hopefully the Tribe will get the recognition they deserve after they beat the Sox

Edit: Yeah, I made a mistake by not listening to Tom Manning and Mike Haegan for this series. They do a phenomenial job in the broadcasting booth.

Hey Jimbo is it Tom Hamilton, not Manning

I have to agree with you-TBS was so incredibly biased it made me sick. McCarver and Buck will be the same because with Colorado and Arizona, they need Boston's big market in the playoffs.
All I can say is "GO TRIBE"

Oh I thought the announcers were terrible. You would have thought the Indians were down 2-1. If I didnt have directtv and a nice 10 second delay I would have had Hammy and Hegan on. I just laughed when Chip Carey said "Here come the Yankees!" while 2 second later here came a double play. Tonight, when he said "Some Vitamin D from the milkman Melky Cabrera", you know Chip Carey thought about that on the way to the ballpark, and was DYING to say that during the game haha. what a nerd! Go Tribe!!

I totally agree. Tony Gywn did a nice job of giving praise where it was due, whether it was towards the Yanks or Indians. To tell you the truth I find the other announcers quite humorous. I laughed when A-rod singled in game 3 with one out and nobody on and Chip Caray screamed like he had seen a game-winning homerun "HERE COME THE YANKEES!". Next play was a GIDP. Also the call "Some Vitamin D from the milkman Melky Cabrera" on a routine flyball was so stupid you had to think he lost a bet to say that one.

RE: "Some Vitamin D from the milkman Melky Cabrera"

I have been forbidden from repeating that phrase ever again. It has to be the second stupidest catchy sports phrase (Look at that little monkey go) in my memory.

Playing up the poor Joe Torre angle has put me rooting for the Tribe all the way. Bosox got off the schneid in '04 time to erase another perennial loser.

Lifelong Cards fan now living near Milwaukee and a Brewers fan, I feel your pain. It was absolutely disgusting.
"Now that we've seen 30 seconds of celebration by the other team, lets go to the entire press conference with Joe Torre."
I wish there was a way, like in PS2 games, to cut out the announcers and only listen to the crowd.
Would love to hear Ernie Horwell, Mike Shannon and Bob Uecker call the series.

Maybe Fox will try to boost ratings by having "Draw And Quarter Tim McCarver Night" prior to Game 4.

Oh abso-freakin'-lutely! It was like it was the Yankees show, and the Indians were just a stepping stone...until it became evident that they may just WIN. Then they thought they should show some respect! We put Hammy on, but how annoying is that when he's 10 seconds behind the action? Still... I love Tom!

Since it's FOX AND TBS, maybe they can get Frank Caliendo (FOX NFL Sunday/Frank TV) to mimic ALL the voices and do both broadcasts!

Hamilton thank you very much. I personally don't give a crap if we get respect from those 2 overrated big market suck-ups anyhow. I want the respect of a title. Give me my WTAM 1100
