If I mix Nitrogen and Oxygen, will it be toxic?

If so, what could I add to reduce the level of toxicity? I'm also concerned that CO2 may be harmful if it is present. Should I be concerned about that or does it matter? Thanks

Thanks

Did anyone tell you that air consists of about 79 percent nitrogen and 20 percent oxygen? If your mixture is less than 8 percent oxygen at atmospheric pressure, breathing problems will become serious after a preiod of time. CO2 levels won't be particularly troublesome under about 5 percent or so.
