I can't actually access the video here at work, but is it one of the clips from The Orchestral Jethro Tull? {Where Ian is playing with the full orchestra?}

If so, then I think it is a custom-built guitar, and...

... I just found this on the Jethro Tull website :~

"The instrument currently on tour with me is the smallest ever! It is a 3/4 size parlour guitar based on a French design of 150 years ago. I sent Andrew Manson the drawings and measurements and even he was surprised at how well it played and sounded, especially fitted with one of the Fishman transducer pick-ups which I have been using since the late eighties."

It appears Andrew Manson is a UK maker of custom acoustic guitars.

That is not a "normal" acoustic - its a special guitar designed to sound and look more like a Renaissance lute, and is probably a custom-made guitar judging by the decorative design. Ian Anderson would have the financial wherewithal to have something like this built and as I have never seen anything close to it I'm putting out my "guesstimate" that it is a custom made guitar commissioned by Ian Anderson. It might also be by the same maker of guitar as Lindsey Buckingham of Fleetwood Mac.

If you can find one out there at all (which you probably can't, because its more than likely custom made) but run a search on musicians friend or some other big music website for a classical backpacker guitar maybe...i dont know thats honestly one of the first questions like this to stump me......props
