do colleges look at jobs?

If i get a job will colleges also take this into consideration wen i apply like WOULD IT LOOK GOOD?

I've never known a college to look at jobs for a bachelor's degree, unless the job was specific preparation for your major (i.e., you are planning on being pre-med, and you worked in a hospital).

Yes, they do. They want to know you would be a student that is willing to put forth effort and do work needed to have success.
