I ask cause my family is on my back about me leaving my wife. Telling me i will loose Gods blessings and that i will be on my way to hell and that i will ruin my kids lives.

So yea, can God (Jesus) bless a second marriage?

A bad marriage is an insult to God because He wants you to be happy and for your marriage to be happy and fulfilling. Just be sure to be a great dad to your kids.

That depends on the circumstances. Did you leave your first wife for a good reason? Or just because you want to run wild? If it's the second reason, you may not stay with the 2nd one either. If it's for an honorable reason, then yes, God would bless it.

God (Jesus) will not bless an adulterous relationship. You have made a commitment to another preson. Marriage is a covenant and can not be broken until one or the other has died.

Your children will suffer when you disobey God about anything. See a certified Christian marriage counselor.

To begin i am not a religious person. However, I have taken religious classes and have done my homework. According to the bible there are only 2 good reasons to get remarried/ or get divorced. First, your spouse has pasted away. Second, your spouse has committed adultery.

Now the real question should be, are you happy? Do you want to be happy? Can you be happy with your wife? Have you done everything in your power (counseling, talking to her, reading books) to help the relationship? Is it more harmful for you and your kids to be in the situation?

Maybe you need to move on or try harder...GOOD LUCK...I feel ya!

god, jeeesus and any other supernatural image couldn't care less if you marry a second time. What you need to worry about is " are you able to be a good father to your children? Are you able to pay child support and see that they are taken care of? Are you able to solve problems without rage and resentment?" God blesses nothing, and no one, so get over it. Far more important is: " What kind of a real man are you? What kind of a father are you, and what kind of a husband are you?"

If you are a strict Catholic the answer is NO. But if you believe that times have changed and the Bible was written two thousand years ago, you might want to give yourself some slack. If two people are in love, who cares where the blessings come from?

I don't think God punishes us that way. But He can help you know what is right. Stop listening to what your family tells you. You already know what they feel. Ask God what is right, and ask for His guidance.

And yes, I believe God can bless a second marriage. He wants us to be happy, whatever that may be. I think it us who ruins that happiness, not Him.

The Bible says it's only ok to divorce if one hasn't been faithful to the other. Anything else is considered cheating and is a sin. It's only ok for the person who has been faithful to get divorced but it's not ok for the cheater. I don't know if you understand what I'm saying but that's the best I can explain it.

why do u want to divorce...is it because of abuse or adultery, if it is its justified..if its bcoz u dont luv ur spouse anymore then try counselling first...try ur best first so u wont have regrets...do it for the right reasons only...be responsible to ur kids no matter wat and yes God will and can bless a second marriage...
