He uses you up and spits you out. Humiliates you etc. The last place I would work in is the WWE. Vince may be funny as hell, but he is heartless. He will screw anyone in his way, including himself. Don't you think he needs to show more concern for the mental and physical well-being of his employees?

Look at how many wrestlers have died?

I know it's fake. Anyway, no he doesn't treat them fine. In fact he faced huge criticism after Benoit's death about how he runs things.

Kevin, he popped up with that wellness program after he faced enough criticism from others.

well talking about warking all year long with no day off away from their family alwyas on road
but he also don't give right attention to his wrestler health (not unteal after the damage is accured like when eddie guerrero and chris benoit are all ready dead ),the WWE don't keep medical record for their wrestlers
he's on 'roids but yet he said he 's putting a wellness programm punish his wrestler for having roids while we've got too budy builder as chaps (before jhon cena is injured )
do you wonna know why top wrestlrs like eddie guerreo ,chavo guerrero and chris benoit were taking steroids because of vince stuppid idea of bigger is better they understood that although they are as good athlet as they are it's not enough then he have the face to come out and said they are grown up and made their own decision ....
well exuse me but what other option did you left them you asshole (exuxe my language ).
you wonna more ....well chris benoit was showing signs of sollaps about 2 months before his tragic death....
i wondere where were the wwe ,and how they didn't get attention ...well i gues they were too busy counting there own $money ....then afterward vince came out and said that benoit is a monster ???
vince i hate you and i hope you burn in hell

Wrestlers are INDEPENDANT CONTRACTORS (wow that's even big words from me)

Vince doesn't supply health plans, pensions, helath insurance etc for the Wrestlers because that is their responsibility.

As for humiliating them. He gives those that are good enough an opportunity to do something they love and get paid for it.

The gripers who jump to TNA, you wouldn't know who half them where without them getting that chance on WWE. Unless you read a lot of independant Wrestling news.

As for screwing people, rather than reading the trite that gets put out by some knob 12 year old read some Wrestlers books. He paid for Eddie Guerrero and William Regal to go through drug rehabilitation. He bailed Ric Flair out financially. If this is heartless actions I think I'm confused.

No I'm not saying he is the nicest guy on Earth, he is a business man. But he shows some compassion.

Next time a Wrestler dies (Heaven forbid) look at the face of Vince McMahon when they have a moments silence. Look at his eyes. The guy cares.

I'm not saying that Vince is a bad guy. His on screen attitude I'm sure is pretty much the opposite of what he's like off screen. And I'm pretty sure that he's done some great things.

But what he did to Bret Hart was wrong. Bret Hart could've wrestled a few more years if Vince hadn't screwed him on contracts. And what Vince did on Bret's very last match in the wwf was in no way scripted or fake. Bret losing his title like that to Shawn Michaels was all the idea of Vince McMahan. Bret should've retired from the wwf as the champ instead he left looking like a fool for having trusted the word of Vince and people that he trusted.

Vince McMahan I'm sure is a good person but he definitely isn't the greatest.

If I were a religious person I would give you a Amen. But I am not. You are so right VKM could care less about the people who work for him. The only reason he gave the current wrestlers and former wrestlers the opportunity to get free help for any drug or alcohol problems is because he couldn't handle all the heat that was coming down on him. If a person can no longer make $ for him, he gets rid of them. He is a heartless poor excuse for a human. I have always known that, I am glad others are beginning to realize that too..Some people say wrestling is fake, well you who say that go tell Owen Harts widow it is fake, go tell those who have suffered career ending injuries it is fake. Better yet get in the ring with one of the wrestlers and when you come out if you can still talk tell them it is fake.

Thats acually a misconception and most of it is scripted. While he may not be the best boss in the world he does ok by them. They are very well paid and treated by the WWE. They also have a wellness program set up by Vince but like any other large organization and the WWE is a very large corporation, to watch everyone and all times. They are all adults and know how they should take care of themselves. While he may humilate them on TV its all scripted and they do have the option not to do those scripts I dont think you will hear any of the wrestlers complaining come pay day. So dont be so hard on Vince he may not be perfect but who's boss is.

I read answers praising VM and they obviously haven't read the news for the past 15 years or longer. He has always been involved in something that's not quite legal. It started with him and Hulk Hogan and steroids and it's gone on every since. He may pay his wrestlers well, but the have no insurance, no retirement, nothing, other than a paycheck. If they get hurt they pay themselves, not VM. If he tells you to put on 20 pounds of muscle he knows the only way to do it is with steroids because most people can't afford the really high priced trainers like Vince and HHH have. Personal trainers do not come cheap. Not good ones. People with morals do not do some of the story lines he has done, like treating women like dirt beneath his feet and having people kiss his you know what. VM is a cold blooded, care about no one but himself, businessman and he screws the public with sorry PPV's every single month and about a half million kids a week watch that bull. No mother should allow her child to watch the stuff that happens on WWE. It should be rated R, for rough, reckless, rude and rotten!

You are absolutely, positively Correct !!!!! .....It is more than ironic that Vince Jr. " teamed up " with Donald Trump for various business purposes. In the 1950s Vince Sr. ( Father of Vince Jr. ) destroyed many regional wrestling federations & wrestlers careers while building his WWF empire. Also in the 1950s Fred Trump ( Father of Donald Trump ) was a ruthless real estate developer in NY who made a fortune by erecting low income housing projects where tenants lived in rat infested apartments. Vince was indicted years ago on federal charges of drug trafficing involving steroids however he was aquitted of these charges because a billionaires money buys the best legal defense available. Vince is a piece of crap who has & always will treat his wrestlers like crap. There are 2 kinds of wrestlers....the first kind of wrestlers stay with WWE & put up with Vince's crap because they are afraid of being fired like Vince has already done to so many wrestlers.....the second kind of wrestlers are so fed up with Vince's crap that they run to TNA even if it means they will earn less money there.--------Vince steps on everything in his path treating wrestlers carrers & wrestlers lives like they are an expendable commodity to him. Vince crushes people like people crush bugs. Don't take my word for it...read the Book entitled " Sex, Lies & Headlocks..The real story of Vince McMahon & the WWE " which is the book Vince would still love to burn !! I can't believe that some people are so incredibly naive as to say " Its not Vinces fault that these adult wrestlers took steroids " ? " Thats like saying: " Its not the fault of that dope dealer when that junkie overdosed ? "----It is not an act or storyline that Vince appears to be a rotten soulless excuse for a human being--VINCE REALLY IS A ROTTEN SOULLESS EXCUSE FOR A HUMAN BEING...........

Actually, I heard that McMahon is a good boss off-screen. His in-character persona is nothing like his real world persona. Also, those wrestlers died because of their own personal choices, no one is forced to take steroids at the WWE. If they were Beth Phoenix would be about 245 pounds.
