If she has been taking the pill for more than two months and she has not missed any she should be protected from pregnancy the entire month, not just when she is taking the 'main pill'. There is always a chance of pregnancy with any type of birth control except abstinence. The pill has one of the highest protections rates if it is taken appropriately.

The difference it makes if her boyfriend was stoned at the time is that it sounds as though she's just a little low on common sense. Why is she telling you all this private information? The answer is because she is a kid. So she really shouldn't be engaging in this risky behavior. Be a great friend and tell her so.

as long as she took the regular pills when she was supposed to and only switched the sugar pills when she was supposed to then she should be fine. no her boyfriend being stoned doesn't change anything expect that the semen he ejaculates three months from now will be not as quality because they were being produced when he was stoned. are you sure that your friend isn't you?
