yes, i feel like my sadness has taken over my life. i used to be good at holding my tears back but now i can barely control them. plus, it happens more frequently. i don't know. i'm lost and confused. i feel like i'm in this deep dark hole and no one notices that i'm gone. it's been raining for awhile and now it's pouring.

Yes, I've had those feeling more than once in my life. But I'm happy to say that I persevered and pulled myself out of pool of tears. Everything happens for a reason and it's up to you to determine what the lesson is.

There's been times in which I've felt that way. But then I stopped crying and I was okay again. If only for a little while, till the next time.

Yup, hardly every cried till I was nearly forty. Then I had a very unexpected few weeks of my life where I had to learn how to cry correctly to get through my grief without drowning.

for 5 years i have been drowning in my own tears and still it's hard to let the old memory go, it's killing me little by little like i have no life and purpose of doing this life, i feel god just teasing me just for to live this 26 years of living like hell in my family cell hole.

There was times that I was so deep in tears that I couldn't understand how there could possibly be any more inside of me, it seemed to be never ending!!

I think you would become dehydrated before you would drown from your own tears.
