Yes you can. You need lots of light. 100watts bulb few feet above the plant will do the trick.
I have couple of them indoors.

Alas, once this question disappears off the front page that will make little sense, but still.
You CAN grow chilli indoors, but you're going to need heating equipment and what-have-you. When you say indoors, do you mean in the house or a greenhouse etc?

But you'll need some high powered lighting or a hydroponic system. They require about 16 hours of artificial light per day - not exactly an easy indoor plant but it can be done.
A better option is a greenhouse if you have the space.

Yes as long as they have alot of light, and make sure the soil dries out before watering, do not let them sit in water and only water from the soil line down.
