she's on the pill and they used protection. she's worried that she's going to be pregnant. i told her that it was a lower chance because of the precautions she took and the fact that it was her first time. is that right?

her first time has nothing to do with it, but the precautions do. If she is on the pill and is using a condom (good for her, smart girl) the chances that she would get preggers are very very small.

Any doctor will tell you that you can get pregnant your first time as easily as you can your eightieth.

The pill and the "protection" (a condom, I assume?) will give her less than a 1% chance of becoming pregnant. I highly doubt she needs to worry.

Women are just as likely to get pregnant on their first time as any other time. but because she uses the pill and protection, I don't think she needs to worry.

Protection is not 100% effective, however, the fact that they did use protection is better than not using anything at all. I think it's very natural for a woman to be worried, especially if it's her first time.

Her chance was lowered by the fact that she used the pill and a condom. Her first time has nothing to do with it.

If she's on the pill and used protection CORRECTLY, yes her chances are significantly decreased.

However, being it her 1st time or 100 time it doesn't matter; she has the same risk of getting pregnant.

it doesn't matter if it is the first time or the 1000 time you can get pregnant since she is using both the pill and a condom chances are low that she is

Being her first time has nothing to do with it. You can get pregnant anytime that you have sex. Since they used two forms of birth control I would doubt that she is pregnant.

If she's on a multivitamin pill and she had pepper spray for protection, then she might get pregnant.
