Ants in my condo- Help!?

Question

I have some ants in my condo, and I don't know what they are. They are about the same size as black ants but with much bigger heads and pinchers. Thanks for your help!

Thanks for the suggestions, but I really wanted to try and find out what kind of ants they were!

better call pest control, because even though you buy some insecticides or ant control products and think you've already killed them, they'd still come back again and again not until you find their nest... Pest controls have equiptments that could make it possible for them to locate and erradicate the whole colony of ants that could possibly be living somewhere in/ underneath ur house! hope this helps :)
p.s., i think they're called fire ants if they're red and if they're black, they might just be the harvesters of the ant colony..

there r either two ways u can get rid of the ants
the natural way that i remember my aunt telling me was to use cucumber pealings
the second which is gr8 is with a product called tetro and u put a drop from the container on several small squares of thick paper , and the ants take it back with them and it is very good at getting rid of the aunts. i think u can buy it at the hardware store, but u can also look in walmart and see if its cheaper ( its in a little container and is in liquid form and is a golden color)

Go to the store im sure they have an ant substance to get rid of those ants

well i use ant granuales as they are heavier than powder and i sprinkle in all my window sills on the inside and out so as they wont blow away.and re.apply every few months. also dont leave an sweet or sugary foods out at any time .

Organic solution: get rid of their food source, use Clorox cleanup on your shelves and counters

Chemical solution: Spectracide, "Rid a Bug" will even murder fire ants.

place flour where the ants come in at, they will disappear.
