Tampa Bay did it in 1976.

Hopefully the Saints don't do it this year. They are finding new and ever-imaginitive ways to lose games.

No. There has not be a team to go 0-16, although a few teams have come close like the Cowboys and Colts.

The Tampa Bay Bucs did go winless in their first season though, but they were 0-14.
