Hi
That's a scam. Here is some info about lottery scams for you to read:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lottery_scam
http://www.fraudaid.com/ScamSpam/Lottery/index.htm
http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/conline/pubs/alerts/intlalrt.shtm
I believe it is against the law to play the lottery in a foreign country. Ignore those emails. Report them as spam or just simply delete them, and don't respond to them at all. I hope this helps you.

Lottery scam letters are sent out by the thousands and thousands every day.
There are only two things the bad guys want.... your money and your identity.
Unless you have bought a ticket, you CANNOT have won a prize. There are no such things as "email" draws or any other lottery where "no tickets were sold".
If you have an email stating you have won millions, delete it, it's a scam!!

Scams. Did you enter these "lotteries"? If no, then the people behind these emails are phishing you for your personal information, and possibly entrance fees, and other monetary payments. Any reply to them gives them information that your email address is real.
Is the email return address the same as the sender's address? Are the emails in flawed English, or is the letter in perfect English? Legitimate letters usually have no mispellings or grammatical errors.

If you did not enter the lottery, the message is a scam. It is one of the oldest in the book. Sometimes called the Nigerian, but the older name is the Spanish Prisoner's Letter.

Here is the solid rule.: If it came in an email and says the word LOTTERY on it, that is an ironclad guarantee that it is a scam designed to rob you.

Scams. People dont part with money. If they make you feel like your getting something for nothing....your getting played. Life just doesnt work that way.

Remember the simple logic that you cannot win any lottery/raffle etc.unless you have participated in them earlier Such winnings, not initiated by you are, without doubt fraudulent, aimed at cheating you.
