Have you ever fired a World War II weapon? Please Tell me about it?

Which WW2 weapons did you fire? How did they feel? Give me lots of detail, I love ww2 weapons, M1 Garand is awesome! Thanks people!

I carried a M-1 Garand but later, because we needed the firepower and the brute force, we changed to the BAR the Browning Automatic Rifle. There were problems with the one I carried due to sticking.
We only had these for awhile and then they changed us to the new AR's.
We kept the BAR's we were in the Highlands with the Hmong and used everything we could get. The government sent us anything they got there hands on. I loved the AK-47 and would have used that but, for the ammo. It's a terrific weapon. A lot of guys carried shotguns, the M-12 was a favorite with buckshot.
