If Hillary wins the democratic nomination it will only serve to ensure a republican back in the White House.

We used to think Nixon might do that too in '76, find some reason to cancel the election. Turned out he didn't make it even that far.
Bush wouldn't nullify the election if Hillary got elected. What he would do is cancel the election altogether, or 'postpone' it indefinitely. Yeah, I wouldn't put it past him! These people truly have no shame. They will stop at nothing!
But Bush's popularity ratings are such these days that I doubt he could get away with it. The president of the US, even -this- president, has -some- accountability.
Bush gets away with most of his shenanigans because most Americans just don't pay enough attention to be aware of them. But this would be big news, and people would get very upset.
So I don't think he'll do that.

First she has to win, and right now thats not a sure thing. And president Bush has followed the law so far and i see no reason why he wouldn't in 2008.

George Bush has without doubt or argument definitely created Executive Orders to make it possible for him to do so should he choose to do that.
People don't pay attention to things like Executive Orders.
