What about the best pre-med college?

The best medical schools are in the US. US News publishes rankings. I've included the link to their site.

The list of best schools for Pre-Med is pretty much the same as the list of best undergraduate schools. You can find a ranking of them at the same web site.

Are you serious about UAB? It's definitely not amongst the top medical colleges for graduate school, and Vanderbilt is decent but not superb. I attended Harvard pre-med and right now am at UC-SF. I would say that Harvard's pre-med and graduate program are the top for private colleges, and the UC system (SF, then UCLA and USCD) are the best for public schools.
