I was certainly depressed to see my Yankees lose tonight especially with that ONE ODD call that clearly the ball did NOT hit that Indian in any hand but hit the top of the bat... (saw it from SEVERAL angles)....but even if that didn't happen, the Indians would have won... my boys just couldn't get around the Indian's PITCHING STAFF....I TOO hope now that the Indians PADDLE the Sox in the series... I WAS glad that I did get to go to Yankee Stadium to see Sunday's game where the Yanks DID win...but CONGRATULATIONS INDIANS!!! and there is some poor little Indian Fan who sat 3 rows in front of me at YANKEE Stadium who had a GARKO shirt on in the middle of a complete YANKEE box... he took a lot of good natured ribbing about his team and is probably now giving us all the good natured FINGER which I guess we deserve after how really well the TRIBE did...

I think it's absolutely awesome to read these comments in this question, and see how much class some yankees fans have. Congrats on making to the playoffs, and we'll kick Sox butts for you.

Go TRIBE!!!

Yes. They played great and they deserved it. Don't worry. The Yankees are forever, and I can't wait till 2008.
I want the Indians to give those Bosox some living h-e- double L.

See you in 08.

Yankees had every opportunity to win & they didn't take advantage. As much as i hate to say this Jeter sucked in this series. But congrats to the Indians.

Sure it's hard for us Yankee fans but Cleveland played awesome baseball.......Their pitching and bats were right on the money.........How about Kenny Lofton???.........He's got a lot of life left in him...........Congratulations Cleveland and much luck throughout the playoffs............CAT

Oh don't worry, the Indians will be bringin' the house down and the AL is taking this whole thing.

You're right I want them to KILL the Red Sox. But I'm still sulking so I can't congratulate them just yet.
