you are tall...

hmmm pertaining your weight.... this is also one good measure for men... your waist line... if it is big ... like more than 35 inches... it is not good already...

minimize chugging a lot of food in a short span of time... learn to chew and eat food slowly... it will also aid you in getting full and not eating too much...

being young... you might want to exercise... if you are already concerned about your weight... go jogging or running or biking..

Definitely see someone about the high BP. My best friend just turned 30 and he had a "tiny" heart attack... he's OK, but he's had high BP for quite some time. Try to eat small meals more frequently (4-6 a day). That'll help your metabolism, as well. I know it's not what you want to hear, but try to eat some veggies- it'll help in the long run!
Everyone can benefit from working out a bit- you're still young, so don't try to go for the musclebound look, just be active. Pick-up basketball games, riding bikes, brisk walks, anything will work. Just make sure you see a doctor about that high BP first. The rest of these answers have good merits to them, so heed their advice, as well. Good luck to you.

you are not very overweight... but i doubt you are mostly muscle.. you body fat is probably a bit too high... and you could benefit from sheding 15- 20 lbs... if your stomach is not very flat, and if u have a ring of fat around your waist.. then you need to lose some weight.. that is a good measure to tell u if u are overweight..

seconldy, from what u said u are eating, i think u are eating too much dairy like milk, and you are eating too many carbohdydrates like living off cereal.. too many carbs and sugar! u need to eat more lean meats so u can get more muscle tone,, eat some vegetables and eat more brown rice and brown breads instead of alot of cereal.. trust me,, too many bad carbohydrates will just make u feel tired and put fat on u.. if u have high blood pressure u need to change your eating habits as well.. see your doctor and maybe a nutrionist...
