Lost one, if you are feeling frustrated, let me say I hope you feel better soon, that is a really icky feeling...
I deal with it by :
Reading my Bible,
Working out,
doing LOTS of cardio,
Shopping.
Bubble Baths,
a pedicure,
sometimes I have to cry it out...
Get out of the house, and walk in the park...
Hugs from my babies, or hubby, so long as he is not the cause of my frustration! Which by the way most of the time he is Not... But when he is OMG! Hurt is an understatement!
If it is a man who has frustrated you, I feel your pain even more... Just breathe..... And find what works for you... Be you be proud of being YOU...

I read about someone else's. Or write about it. Or go see a movie alone and laugh louder than anyone. Or take a drive in the country (or the nearest resemblance) and get lost intentionally ... though that doesn't always work. Sometimes it does, if the scenery is nice and there are gas stations near. Also riding my bike in the country. Bike trails.

I did this as a kid, now you have to understand, as a kid, I was into very macabre things. I would imagine what I would do to them.... I got so mad sometimes, I imagined me killing them. Before any of you say anything, I have had counseling. This is a little extreme... You could try reading something or watching something funny.

TAKE A DEEP BREATH. RELAX. AND FIGURE OUT WHY THE THING OR WHATEVER FRUSTRATES YOU. usually you will laugh when you realize why its frustrating. if that doesn't help. pray to god about it

i think about negitive concequences that might happen if i let my frustration out. then i think to myself is it worth all the stree i put my self through? NOOOO!! so whatever is botherin you do like Keshia Cole LET IT GO!!!!

I'll either bust up a room, write tearful sad poems/songs, or ball my eyes out until I pass out from exaustion. Why? What do you do?

I drink, meditate, yell, and go to a nice hotel and remain there by myself until I regain my sanity.
