Caleb John Conrad Lastname
John is my fathers middle name and Conrad is my sons fathers middle name. Lastname obviously isn't his lastname just done that for priviacy reasons.

I've usually felt that a two-syllable last name requires a three-syllable first name. Thus, something like Jonathan, Jeremy, Anthony, etc. Something alliterative should be avoided e.g. NOT Eric or something that could be nicknamed into Rick, Dick etc.
Something from the history of wherever the name "Rasic" came from would be a good starting place but one that isn't too different from something in English.
