By day, I am a stay at home dad, by night I am a school janitor. If I'm lucky I might be able to get 4 hours of sleep a night. So falling asleep is just matter of collapsing in my bed.
But years ago I had a bad case of insomnia. I would just lay there staring at the ceiling. I got a self-hypnosis tape and started doing that. For quite a while it was the only way I could get to sleep.

I fret over lost opportunities and worry about the day ahead of me. I fall into a fit-full sleep and awake in a cold, wet mass of my own sweat soaked sheets.

By the time I stop studying, I'm usually so worn out that I would knock out within seconds.

I think of scenarios on issues(good and bad) in my life and how I need to go about them. I'm eerily shocked sometimes when they happen just about how I invisioned them.

after i put in my ear plugs and cover my eyes, i count backwards from 100, it's "harder" than counting too 100, and gives you less time to think.
i can never remember how far i made it tooo
