Are anti-feminists, masculinists, or misogynists more hostile to male feminists than female feminists? If so, why?

I can tell ya, but you won't like it.
The average guy sees modern feminism, not as a quest for equal rights, but as a paranoid delusion characterized by ongoing conspiracy theories with women as the victims and men as the perpetrators. The delusion includes the depiction of most masculine behavior as evil.
So to the average guy a male feminist is either:
A) Delusional.
B) Pretending to be a feminist to get laid.
The generic reaction to A would be contempt.
The reaction to B would range from contempt that the guy would be willing to demean himself TO respect that the guy had found an effective strategy to get laid.
If a man's anti feminism arises from genuine misogyny, he would probably be naturally more tolerant of ANY male behavior, including feminism. A misogynist might even view a male feminist as a weak minded victim (of women)
But if a man likes women in general, but considers feminists a bunch of hate filled ball busters, they will tend to be more tolerant of annoying behavior in women & more inclinded to get violent with an offending male.
Of course guys don't expect to have to get violent with male feminists because B is common & A is rare.
Hope this helps.

First off someone can be an anti-feminist without being a misogynist. I bet you'd be upset if I addressed a question to feminist/child abusers. In any case, I do believe that part of the reason we ask is because some of your views need explaining to make sense. For example, I can't understand how feminists will say that it's their body and there choice when it comes to abortion yet they don't seem to care that "their" choice affects at least 2 additional people. So it doesn't make sense on the face of it why your choice is the sole determining factor in what is going to happen with the life of two other people for at least the next 19 years. Why do you think people that disagree with you should stay away from you? Does it make you uncomfortable to have to explain your positions?

Yeah. It's the same feeling of betrayal that feminist have with anti feminist. Your all at home trying to defend the guys from the feminist misandrist . And your all open mouthed in shock thinking what the hell? I have no problem with true feminism however it has mutated into something ugly and hateful. If you really want equal rights become an equalist not a feminist.

If anti-feminism were characterized by the violence experienced during the civil rights movement, you would only have to look at all of the whites who were killed by racists as traitors of their "dominant race", to see the answer to your question. What more do you need to know?

I don't think they are; they seem to dismiss them as homosexuals, but reserve the true anger and vitriol for women.

The same way. Makes no difference. Why would we treat them the same? We have our reasons, they are personal and not for computer ears. You asked so I told you, don't like the answer don't ask the question.
