The funeral home gave out all her personal imformation to this family member also this family member has stolen from my mother this imfomation had her SS# on it my mother isnt dead I am her gaurdian and have been for the past 6yrs Iam just trying to do what is in her best intrest.

They buried someone else in your mother's funeral? You made arrangements for your mother's funeral but the funeral people gave those arrangement (coffin, plot, eulogy, service and burial) to someone else? What did they do with your mom?
