AKA If my Console is registered to me and i sell it to Someone else can they get free service under that 3 year red rings of light warranty? Or is it not transferable?

Yes the warranty is transferable, you will need to contact Xbox to change the registration from your name to theirs.
We had a form to do ours, but you may be able to do it with just a phone call.

IM pretty sure if they have the receip tit should work. I am not sure. Have tried contacting microsoft? Ps. Yo pick me as best answerer

I read somewhere that it works, but i would check with MS just to be sure.
