Either a great high or a great low. A high would be my team winning a huge game or climaxing with my most favorite person. A low could be a loss of a big game, a really, really bad grad, or getting heartbroken.

I have a hard time keeping my temper when someone has a closed mind, with opinions diametrically opposite from mine.
Also, if there's an open bottle of wine, and my husband is driving... hmmm! I'll have a few of those!

like lashing out?
bottled up emotions that have been bottled up for so long and are about ot topple over.
heartbreak use to make me cut..so i guess that and other things too.
but i don't lash out AT people or my pets, i write..which helps so much..so does music and photography:]
