If I don't have a lot important to do that day, I will just shove on a cap and go. Sometimes my hair will work it's way better if it is a little wet when I put the cap on.
If I have an important meeting, I'll go ahead and take a shower just to relax my hair so I can fix it the right way.

Girl I have been having a bad hair week so its cap cap and more cap for me.lol.
it get so bad now that I tried combing my hair and lost the comb in it so i plan to tie my head in a scarf first then use a cap tomorrow.Maybe it will keep it down a bit...

1. Ponytail.
If my hair frizzes out (usually because I did something to it, lol!) then I put it in a high, or side ponytail. Then it actually looks feirce!

Close to your idea of the ponytail--I am too old for that, but I put it up on my head in a French Twist or something similar to that.

Ponytail probably if it's really bad. Really I don't care. My hair is curly so it doesn't have to look perfect.
