Technically, it doesn't mean you appologize alot. I like to look words up before I use them to describe myself. ;)

do you mean an apologist in the classic sense
(so far the other answerers don't think so, or aren't even aware of that meaning)

It' very hard for me to apologize because I am almost always right. So I cannot lie and apologize just for the sake of being nice.
